ABOUT US
We are a boutique law firm situated right in the heart of Sydney's CBD, just a stone's throw away from Town Hall Station. We were founded in 2017 when a restructuring of the well-established CBD firm VH Lee and Associates resulted in its incorporation as Ascension Lawyers Pty Ltd. Whilst we have particular experience in the areas of property and business conveyancing, we also provide services in a wide range of areas such as wills, probate and estate administration, loan agreements, commercial contracts and disputes, family law, debt recovery and general litigation.

We always cater to the needs of our clients. We have acted extensively for a wide range of individuals and companies, including home-buyers, investors, purchasers and vendors of businesses, commercial and residential properties, property developers, landlords, tenants, and real estate agents. Our clients come from varied backgrounds and locations, including interstate and overseas. Our lawyers are fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hakka, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Vigita joins Ascension Lawyers as a Solicitor Director after a number of years' experience as a Property Lawyer in a Sydney CBD firm. He completed his legal studies at QUT in Brisbane.

Vigita is admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.
